What is a ReDesign Consultation and Do I Need One?

Well, I think spring is unofficially here, and houses are already popping up on the market.  Keeping an eye on the MLS listings, its easy to see who took time to stage their homes and who didn’t.  Not staging your home is leaving money on the table… a lot of money.  Home buyers these days want ready to move in homes, they are too busy to “DIY” a home they just purchased.  They expect a certain standard these days, and when they don’t see it, they pass on by or your house sits on the market and then comes the first price cut, then the second.  You cannot afford to do that.  ReDesign or home staging provides a way to ensure your home is competing at top dollar.  Why would someone buy your house with too many things to fix, when the one down the road has all the “fix-its” done and ready to move in, and looked great when viewed on MLS?
